Innovation Opportunities for
Your Consulting Practice
Are you hearing a lot of talk about innovation and desire a better understanding of the innovation process?
Would you like to explore ways your consulting practice could support current or desired client innovation efforts?
Featured during this meeting will be Brian Walker of Trailguide Consulting, Inc., an innovation process management consulting firm. Brian will talk about the overall innovation process and possible ways your consulting practice can become supporters (and beneficiaries!) of your clients’ and potential clients’ innovation efforts.
Attending this meeting you will gain a ‘big-picture’ understanding of the innovation process components, plus be able to identify opportunities to play a role in your own clients’ innovation efforts.
A graphic of the innovation process, plus Keys to Facilitation will be provided to support the implementation of individual action plans.
