Whoever said being a leader was lonely? The world is complex and getting more complex for leaders. If you are lonely leader you will find it harder and harder to adapt because of this complexity. It is more than one person can manage. The model of Connected Leadership provides a framework for leaders to grow and thrive.
This session will review the 4-part model, and how it can be applied in the workplace. Attention the fourth part of the model and is the focus in this session. Specifically, your network. You will explore who are your people, and who you can or should add to that network. This session will be interactive with discussion and designed for ACE. Participants will be given a tool to use to build their network in whatever role they are in.
Our Speaker:
Francis Eberle, PhD, is a leadership and organizational advisor, speaker and author. He has spent more than 25 years as an executive for large nonprofit organizations and startups.
Francis is uniquely positioned to help organizations collaborate and identify opportunity by believing that people development is business development. Authority is a powerful tool to support others, build capacity, encourage resolution and solve problems. He coaches leaders and teams who have a block and helps them breakthrough them by helping them see things they may not see themselves.
Currently he lives with his family and wonderful dog near the ocean in Maine.
