Renee Kelly, Assistant Vice President for Innovation and Economic Development at the University of Maine, will share ways to use Innovation Engineering to create ideas to implement organization-wide strategies or even to improve personal work systems.
Audience Takeaways:
● Strategies for framing the opportunity or problem to be addressed
● How to problem solve and create ideas
● How to use an innovation mindset to validate solutions
