Carrie Yardley is the owner of Yardley Esq. and one of the hardest working members of ACE.  Carrie has two decades' experience as a lawyer and has been a member of the Maine Bar since 1997. An active member of the Maine community, she has served as a board members for numerous organizations, where she is frequently known as Carrie Green Yardley. Her experience resolving conflicts in courts, administrative proceedings and arbitrations provides a solid basis for counseling clients on how to avoid conflict pro-actively through planning, negotiation and documentation. She received her BA, with honors, from Wesleyan University, and her JD from Boston University School of Law.

Tom Kittredge is a Senior Investment Officer at the Maine Technology Institute. www.mainetechnology.org, where he works closely with innovators across every stage of MTI’s investment processes, including Maine’s startup ecosystem partners.. Tom holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, where he organized two major conferences on entrepreneurship and sustainable business, and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY.  Tom serves on the organizing committee of Startup Maine and is a Lead Mentor for the Maine Center for Entrepreneur’s Top Gun program. He is part of Leadership Portland and is on the Natural Resource Council of Maine Rising’s leadership team.
