Nargiz Ali zada has a rich background of over 20 years of experience in team leadership, professional development, team training and coaching, finance, accounting, financial audit, project management.

She is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for over 15 years. She has successful track record as a finance manager by leading and implementing projects impacting the increase of profit margins and cost efficiency, creation of the system of financial KPIs and designing new management reporting arrangements. Nargiz has extensive experience in the public audit in Big4 companies, where she had grown to an audit manager level. Now she is working as the Revenue Accounting Manager at IDEXX in Maine. Nargiz has an MBA degree from the University of Maine with dual concentration in Finance and Business Analytics. Her volunteering experience includes Charity Chair at IWC (International Women's Club) in Moscow, Russia and personal tax return preparer for seniors with low income in Gorham, Maine.
