From there, the conversation shifts to Michael’s perspective as a fellow service provider. He’ll explore how service professionals can be more intentional with their time, which is often just as constrained as their finances. Drawing from his own experience, he’ll discuss reviewing financials alongside calendars, noticing where attention is actually going, and gradually reshaping work through delegation, hiring choices, and technology to create more capacity for higher-value decisions over time.

His expertise includes entity setup, funding strategies, tax optimization, and financial projections. Michael is an active member of several national franchise and business networks, including the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), FranServe, the Franchise Brokers Association (FBA), Business Alliance, Inc., and First Choice Business Brokers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
